?。?)減粘改造采用了中國石油化工科學(xué)研究院的專有技術(shù)—SOAKER反應(yīng)器工藝技術(shù),用最簡(jiǎn)便、直接、先進(jìn)的技術(shù)方案完成了改造,滿足了合同對(duì)產(chǎn)品規(guī)格要求,同時(shí)大幅度地降低了操作苛刻度及裝置燃料耗量,即減少操作費(fèi)用,延長(zhǎng)原有設(shè)備的壽命。
?。?)硫磺回收裝置直接關(guān)系到環(huán)境保護(hù)。本次改造采用了新型熱反應(yīng)器及低SOX,NOX燃燒器,使裝置的操作彈性、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量大大提高,減少了環(huán)境污染。
上述新工藝、新方案、新設(shè)備的使用,使得本項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)先進(jìn)性和經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性上得到了較好的統(tǒng)一,既滿足了合同總體要求,節(jié)省了費(fèi)用,也得到最終用戶從生產(chǎn)操作角度的高度評(píng)價(jià)。

項(xiàng)目在確定WBS的同時(shí),結(jié)合項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),也開發(fā)出了項(xiàng)目OBS。項(xiàng)目初期,分北京總部和伊朗現(xiàn)場(chǎng)兩地,伊朗又分為德黑蘭CORE、德黑蘭現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、大布里士現(xiàn)場(chǎng)和NEKA現(xiàn)場(chǎng),不同時(shí)期各地的功能也不盡相同,隨著項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)展,工作重點(diǎn)由北京逐步轉(zhuǎn)移到伊朗現(xiàn)場(chǎng),北京總部自動(dòng)削減成項(xiàng)目協(xié)調(diào)處。
