負(fù)責(zé)的新廠房項(xiàng)目說(shuō)得一無(wú)是處并將筆者手中負(fù)責(zé)的另一個(gè)項(xiàng)目在沒(méi)有別人能接的情況下立刻停下,而新廠房建設(shè)的后續(xù)工作也沒(méi)能按照計(jì)劃做下去,雖然廠房可以照常做下去,但結(jié)果成了一個(gè)很差的工作場(chǎng)地。

當(dāng)時(shí)心里有說(shuō)不出的氣憤,覺(jué)得這個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是那么的愚昧、古板、落后、不理解人,對(duì)于我這樣一個(gè)忠心耿耿,兢兢業(yè)業(yè)、任勞任怨的員工,你卻要這樣不信任,這樣打擊!


We, at that moment, had a real international project. PM, mostly, needed to be tough enough to push the project forward and confirm with each department for the tasks they are assigned to. This, as a result, made my manager not very happy with me. What was even worse, he asked me to go to his office and yelled at me to change the office with him. On the contrary to this, he made me feel even more frustrated and made me feel that all my loyalty and hard working were ignored by my manager, I almost planned to leave this job and seek other opportunities as the increasingly unhappy feeling. Hence, I started being de-motivated and did not speak up anymore even I saw the potential risk and I just let my manager make mistake. Thus, I got more japes to laugh at him, etc


當(dāng)時(shí)在做中國(guó)工程第一個(gè)真正意義上的國(guó)際項(xiàng)目,有很多時(shí)候項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理需要比較強(qiáng)勢(shì)的去確認(rèn)是否各個(gè)部門(mén)的成員都做好了相關(guān)的工作,這又觸動(dòng)了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)那根緊張的弦。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)甚至還有一次將筆者叫到其辦公室氣氛而激動(dòng)的說(shuō):“收拾你的東西換辦公室,你到我的辦公室,我到你的辦公室?!?越發(fā)的讓筆者覺(jué)得這個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)真的是愚昧、古板、落后、不理解人,越發(fā)的覺(jué)得自己的忠誠(chéng)和敬業(yè)被領(lǐng)導(dǎo)抹殺得一干二凈,也就越發(fā)的沮喪。甚至有了想離開(kāi)的心,所以,也開(kāi)始有消極怠工的跡象,對(duì)于可能的潛在問(wèn)題也就不再提出,任由領(lǐng)導(dǎo)去犯錯(cuò)誤,而這就給了
